Our Story
Verdara Corporation was founded with a single purpose: to give international apparel brands and merchandise companies a reliable, knowledgeable logistics partner in Asia. Over more than three decades, we have built a network of trusted carriers, customs brokers, warehouse operators, and local teams across China, Hong Kong, and Japan.
We started by helping apparel and merchandise companies navigate the complexity of importing goods from Chinese factories into Japan. As our clients' needs grew, so did our capabilities — expanding into freight forwarding, Importer of Record services, warehousing, fulfillment, and end-to-end supply chain management.
Today we serve apparel brands, merchandise companies, concert and entertainment operators, e-commerce businesses, and consumer goods companies across the region. Our clients range from businesses shipping a few cartons of samples to companies managing large ongoing merchandise programs for retail and live events.
